Current Employees: Managing Your Benefits

To View Your Benefits

  • Visit UAccess Employee and select Employee/Manager Self Service.
  • Log in with your UA NetID and password.
  • Select Self Service > Benefits > Benefits Summary.

You will need to change the effective date in the box at the top of the screen and click “go” to a future date if your benefits are not yet in effect.

To View Your Paycheck

  • Visit UAccess Employee and select Employee/Manager Self Service.
  • Log in with your UA NetID and password.
  • Select Self Service > Payroll and Compensation > View Paycheck.

Job Change & Separation

As a benefits-eligible employee, if you make an employment change either within the Arizona University System or to other state agencies, this can affect the status of your employee benefits. Employees with previous Arizona University System, Arizona Board of Regents, or State of Arizona employment within the last 12 months must notify Human Resources to ensure accurate transfer, reinstatement, or new benefit election offerings.
