Leadership coaching is designed to enhance the effectiveness of high potential and high performing administrators, managers, and faculty members. During sessions, leadership coaches help clients gain clarity about their strengths and areas for growth, establish leadership-related goals, and identify specific steps to take in between sessions to move toward those goals. Leadership coaches are skilled in listening, asking the right questions, and providing support and accountability.
Departments may contract with any of the coaches listed below, whose fees range from $150-350 an hour.
