The Personal Development Courses are offered by the Division of Human Resources. These classes are designed specifically to integrate strategies for building your resiliency to stress, nutrition for high-performance, mindfulness, and physical activity - all important factors that contribute to employee wellness and effectiveness in the workplace. Sessions are offered at various times throughout the year and are available on a first-come, first-served basis to benefits-eligible employees.

Does your life feel out of balance, where life is running you instead of you running your life? If so, then this workshop is for you! You will define your priorities and begin to make positive changes toward work/life integration.
