The Supervisor Essentials Series is designed to enhance organizational effectiveness by improving the skill and knowledge base of those with supervisory and management responsibilities. Sessions are designed to deliver "aha" moments that change behavior and build capacity.

Meetings are necessary, unavoidable, useful, and occasionally interminable. Learn about different types of meetings and how to plan for and moderate effective meetings. The session will include mock meetings to practice skills.
