Communicating Well on a Multi-Generational Campus

When:
Tuesday, February 13, 2018 - 11:00am to 12:00pm
Location:
University Services Building, Room 214

Working together depends in large part upon effective communication - and SMART conversations. Explore how generational differences can compound poor communication, and how effective communications can inspire innovation and creativity. This session broadly introduces participants to the various generations currently at the UA - from Gen Z to the Greatest Generation - and how these different generational views can inhibit or enhance SMART conversation strategies at work.

Courses open approximately one month before the scheduled date. Those who sign up for professional development emails will be alerted.
