Location:
University Services Building, Room 214

Despite what many people believe, conflict can be enormously productive. In fact, healthy, respectful conflict can bring about new ideas and help us avoid unfortunate mistakes. This session explores the origins of conflict as we discuss opportunities for SMART conversations that conflict can provide. Participants also examine their personal conflict style and discuss how it helps or hampers when there are disagreements with others.
