Managing conflict is often a challenge faced by supervisors at all levels of the organization. However, conflict does not have to end badly. Become a leader who uses conflict to move the organization forward with a constructive, SMART conversation approach to conflict. This session provides managers skills to use when facing conflict in their organizations, and how to use conflict to move towards positive outcomes.

Individuals who supervise at least two classified staff, appointed professionals, faculty, or student workers/graduate associates are eligible for the Supervisor Essential Series courses.
