The Flexible-Year Program open enrollment for FY2016-2017 has been extended through May 27, 2016.
During the next fiscal year, a non-exempt employee’s ability to participate in the Flexible-Year Program may be directly impacted by regulations expected to be issued by the Department of Labor under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). We are working expeditiously to determine what impact, if any, there will be on this program.
Note: Employees currently participating in the flex-year program must re-enroll to ensure continuation in the plan.
