We utilize statistics to analyze trends to support campus UAccess Employee system and reporting initiatives. The diagrams below display Workforce Systems and University personnel transaction metrics. The monthly and yearly statistics serve as a resource to highlight University Manager Self Service volume and Workforce Systems peak and non-peak periods. The information also provides a method for business offices to determine processing timelines for planning.
Total transactions processed include both hard copy and electronic documents. This includes: Job and Position Data Changes, Title Management, MSS DCC Requests, MSS DCC Extend/End, MSS Position Distribution, MSS I-9, MSS Personal Information Changes.
