Purpose of Classification:

Supports the dean of the Graduate College by overseeing the Graduate College's financial and administrative services.

Example of Duties:

  • Provides financial management, including student support
  • Supports donor relations
  • Supervises internships and community engagement
  • Supervises web development and technical support
  • Supervises various Graduate College units
  • Oversees in-house human resources services and addresses human resources issues
  • Serves as a liaison with the Financial Aid, Registrar, and Bursar's Office, and the campus community on graduate student issues
  • Represents the Dean of the Graduate College at campus and community meetings
  • Supervises staff

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 5 to 8 years of directly comparable experience
