Purpose of Classification:

Develops strategic direction and coordinates execution of internal and external marketing communications for Campus Recreation.

Example of Duties:

  • Plans and executes marketing strategies and tactics, optimizing the allocation of limited resources to raise awareness, expand reach, engage the UA community and increase revenue
  • Supports recruitment, retention, engagement, and academic success for UA students
  • Develops and produces electronic and print marketing pieces
  • Develops and implements social media marketing efforts
  • Supervises staff and student workers
  • Conducts marketing-related research
  • Develops and manages new website

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree with 5 to 8 years of directly comparable experience; CPR/first aid training required
