Purpose of Classification:

Provides human resources support and coordinates faculty affairs for a UA unit.

Example of Duties:

  • Recruits and hires clinical faculty
  • Creates and monitors job postings
  • Prepares contracts, offer letters, and promotion and tenure packets
  • Coordinates medical credentialing and processes personnel transactions
  • Processes payroll and personnel transactions in UAccess
  • Processes visa documents
  • Contributes to the budgeting process

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma with more than 8 years of directly comparable experience; OR associate's degree with 1 to 3 years of directly comparable experience; OR bachelor's degree with 1 to 3 years of directly comparable experience
