Purpose of Classification:

Develops, coordinates, implements, and evaluates recruitment programs and efforts for a college.

Example of Duties:

  • Develops, consults, implements, and evaluates new and continuing recruitment programs and events to meet the specified goals outlined by the college
  • Develops, implements, and evaluates new and continuing recruitment programs and events to meet those goals

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of directly comparable experience; OR master's degree with 1 to 3 years of directly comparable experience
