ADOA Open Enrollment 2021: Retiree

 

  Important: This open enrollment information pertains only to retirees with insurance through the Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA).
Please contact ADOA with any questions about your benefits or the Y.E.S. system.

Return-to-Work Retirees

Enroll in your active employee benefits in UAccess Employee.

If you wish to retain any retiree benefits (e.g., dental) use the paper enrollment form mailed to you.

ADOA Open Enrollment Checklist

The following information is provided by ADOA. All retirees with ADOA health or dental insurance are required to re-enroll. Your insurance benefits will not automatically carry over to 2021.

 

Review your options

ADOA has made several changes to the medical plans and insurance provider options. ADOA's Retiree Open Enrollment webpage offers several resources for you to review.


 

Log in to your Y.E.S. Portal

All of your elections must be made online through your Y.E.S portal (Paper forms are no longer available). If you have not logged on in several months, you may need to reset your password. For guidance, visit ADOA's Self-Service Portal webpage.

You must access the Y.E.S. Portal from a desktop or laptop (It is not compatible with tablets or cellphones). Please ensure you are using one of the following browsers.

Make your selections

  1. Log in to the Y.E.S Portal.

  2. On the left side, click BOOKMARKS > OPEN ENROLLMENT.

  3. Follow the steps to enroll.

  4. After completing each screen, click the blue CONTINUE button in the right hand corner.


 

Receive confirmation email

Immediately after enrolling, you will receive a confirmation email titled "Annual Benefits Enrollment Summary." Please review this email to ensure your elections are correct.
