Form I-9 Update

We are writing to let you know that you should continue to use the current Form I-9 for employment eligibility verification. You may be aware that U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has notified employers to continue using it until further notice, even though the form expired on August 31, 2019.

The current Form I-9 is available in UAccess Employee or, for remotely hired employees, on I-9 Central. As a reminder, employers must complete Form I-9 for all newly hired and rehired employees to verify their identify and authorization to work in the United States.

HR Workforce Systems will provide updated information about the new version of the Form I-9 as it becomes available.
