The Flexible Year (Flex 1-6) Program will continue for one final year, though the program will not be offered for new enrollees. Employees currently enrolled in the program may continue participation through the end of Fiscal Year 2017-2018 (June 30, 2018) by re-enrolling one final time. Last week, we communicated news that on Tuesday, November 22, 2016, a U.S. District Court judge issued a preliminary, nation-wide injunction halting implementation of the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL)’s new overtime rule.
