Hiring and compensation freezes have been lifted For critical hiring and compensation needs prior to approval of these plans, units must work closely with Senior HR Partners for guidance. Consult with them before submitting MSS transactions, creating requisitions in the Talent applicant tracking system or entering information into the Office of Budget and Planning system. Please allow additional time as we work diligently in partnership with units to review and process these critical requests. |

Decisions Regarding Separation Processes In the coming days, Human Resources will add a question to job postings in the University job application system (Talent) to give applicants the option to indicate that they have been impacted by reductions in force/layoffs to help make hiring managers aware of these candidates.
