Use Your Strengths to Impact and Influence Work: This course by Marielle Legair teaches skills for identifying and communicating your unique strengths to enhance your impact and influence in the workplace.  Read the full course description. 

To participate:

  1. Enroll in EDGE Learning by April 2.
  2. You will also be prompted to register for a small group Zoom discussion.
  3. Watch the selected LinkedIn Learning course at your convenience before your discussion group. 
  4. Participate in a small Zoom discussion with colleagues from across campus between April 7 and 18.

LinkedIn Explorers is a program that allows benefits-eligible faculty and staff to connect across the university. It aims to facilitate dialogue about LinkedIn Learning videos, allowing participants to deepen their understanding of the content and learn from each other.
