The university's Health Savings Account is changing from Optum Bank to Inspira Financial in 2026. The Arizona Department of Administration is offering a one-time automatic transfer of all personal HSA funds from Optum Bank to Inspira Financial. 

The minimum wage for student workers at the University of Arizona will increase from $14.70 to $15.15 in 2026.
