The minimum wage for student workers at the University of Arizona will increase from $14.70 to $15.15 in 2026.

The carry-forward maximum for vacation hours from one calendar year to the next is 320 hours (prorated by FTE), which equates to 40 days.* Jan. 4, 2026, is the last day to use excess 2025 vacation hours before they are forfeited.
