However, despite these efforts, many employees still feel that their jobs hinder their well-being rather than helping it. As a manager, what can you do to change this perception? This session will discuss practical ways to demonstrate to employees that you and your organization support their well-being.

During this training, you will learn how to:

  • Advocate for the well-being resources that are available to your employee
  • Have productive conversations with employees to address their concerns about how work might be negatively impacting their well-being
  • Lead by example and demonstrate that you prioritize your well-being, setting a positive example for your team.
