Open Enrollment runs Oct. 20 – Nov. 7 (deadline 5 p.m.).
Log in to UAccess Employee to review your choices and submit your elections.

Here’s a quick overview of the enrollment process in UAccess Employee.
Option 2: Your Open Enrollment Checklist
Step 1: Log In
- Go to UAccess Employee
- Select the Open Enrollment tile
Step 2: Review
- Check your current benefits
- Medical, dental, vision: Not sure which health or dental plan to choose? Use the ADOA decision guide.
- Dependents: Adding or removing dependents? Learn about eligibility requirements.
- Life and Disability: Need to Update Beneficiaries? Here's how to add/update them.
Step 3: Update
- Add or remove dependents
- Adjust plan choices
- ⚠️ Hartford dependent life: Current 2025 participants MUST make an election with Unum, the new vendor, to continue coverage. It will not roll over.
- ⚠️ FSAs do not rollover — make your election. Review FSA options and limits if you need help deciding
Step 4: Save Each Section
- Welcome: Read important information.
- Acknowledgment: Please acknowledge the disclosures by selecting "I Agree" and then the "SAVE" button. This step must be completed.
- Benefits Enrollment: To make changes, select a benefit plan card. Important: To save each change, select "DONE" at the top of the page.
Step 5: Submit to Finalize
- After making your changes, you must select the black "SUBMIT" button in the middle of the screen to finalize your elections.
⚠️ Your elections aren’t complete until you click "SUBMIT".
Step 6: Confirm & Download
- Go to Benefits Statement in UAccess Employee
- Verify elections
Download or print your Benefits Statement; it’s your proof of enrollment. Confirmation email will arrive mid-November.
