2025 HR Deadlines Before University Closure

To help Human Resources meet business needs as we approach University Closure, which begins Dec. 24, please note the following deadlines for UAccess and Talent system activities.

These items must first be approved by all necessary departments and college/division stakeholders before being submitted to Human Resources

  • MSS Exception Requests for Incumbent Reviews (administrators, University Staff and Classified Staff)
    Deadline: Nov. 17, 5 p.m. MST
     
  • New PCN Requests For Postings Going Live Before Closure (administrators, University Staff and Classified Staff)
    Deadline: Nov. 24, 5 p.m. MST
     
  • MSS Job Changes and PCN Changes (administrators, University Staff and Classified Staff)
    Deadline: Dec. 8, 5 p.m.
     
  • Requisitions (Job Postings) must be submitted for Human Resources approval in Talent.
    Deadline: Dec. 8, 5 p.m.
     
  • Talent System University Staff Offer Letters must be submitted for Human Resources approval in Talent.
    Deadline: Dec. 17, 5 p.m. MST

Submissions and approvals received after these deadlines may not be processed until the university reopens on Jan. 5, 2026, or later.
