Applicant Tracking System Transition and Job Posting Moratorium Dates and Deadlines
The university's applicant tracking system, called Talent, is transitioning software vendors, effective Jan. 25, 2027. As you plan your recruitments, please be aware of the job posting moratorium (Dec. 10, 2026-Jan. 25, 2027), which pauses new job postings while the university moves to the new Talent platform.
This is not a hiring freeze. Active searches already in progress continue, and only new job postings pause. New recruitments critical to university operations will be accommodated. HR will provide guidance and support for recruitments that need to bridge platforms during the transition.
