How to Access Support

New Tool to Identify Compliance Training

The Compliance Training page was recently migrated from the University Compliance website to Human Resources. We have also added a new tool to help identify what training a new onboarding employee needs to complete based on their specific job tasks. This tool is formatted as a simple yes or no questionnaire. By categorizing the tasks, the supervisor (or employee) can go through the questions, answering yes or no. After submitting their answers, users will receive a list of required training related to their job tasks. There is also an option to send this list to an email address.

Additionally, there is a reference chart that provides a comprehensive overview of mandatory training requirements, the owner of the training, who to contact, and a cadence for when to retake the training.

This new tool and reference page help supervisors efficiently navigate the compliance training requirements and ensure their team members complete only the training necessary for their specific roles and responsibilities.
