It’s important to recognize and appreciate all you’ve accomplished. Consider keeping a “done” list throughout the year to track progress. Think about what went well or felt particularly satisfying. 

 

Highlight Your Key Strengths

Name at least three(3) key strengths that make you effective in your role and give examples of how you have applied them.

Workplace strengths can be described as leadership, problem-solving, creativity, or teamwork. Consider things you find enjoyable and are better at than most of your peers.

 

Set SMART Goals for Success

Take an initial goal and expand it using these SMART attributes:

  • Specific
  • Measurable
  • Achievable
  • Relevant, and
  • Time-Bound.
