Take These LinkedIn Learning Skill Evaluations

Both hard and soft (or power) skills are important to grow and improve upon as part of your professional development, but knowing specifically how to grow a particular skill can be challenging.

LinkedIn Learning has a solution, with more than 40 specific hard and soft skill evaluations to help you gauge your confidence in those areas and identify personalized course recommendations based on where you are in your professional development journey.

Find skill evaluations:

1. Log in to your LinkedIn Learning account through EDGE.
2. Choose a skill listed in the Skill Evaluations on LinkedIn Learning Help Article (Chart listed below).
3. Copy/paste or type the topic in the "search for learning content" search bar on the LinkedIn Learning website at the top of the results page.
4. Select the blue “Start Skill Evaluation” button.
5. After answering a few short questions, you will receive personalized course recommendations to assist with growth in the evaluated skill.
