Potential Pay Options While on Leave

You can use Short-Term Disability if:

1. You have elected this benefit
2. You applied to use the benefit, and
3. Meet the specified criteria.

You may use Long-Term Disability* if:

1. You applied to use the benefit, and 
2. Meet the specified criteria.

To be eligible for Compassionate Transfer of Leave:

1. You must be on an approved leave.
2. You must meet the criteria outlined in the policy.
