MSS New Hire Request - Update

If you initiate new hire transactions in UAccess Manager Self Service (MSS), you will notice two new features:
- You can now update the supervisor and/or time approver at the time you are initiating New Hire Requests. Updating this information at the time of hire eliminates the need for separate MSS Position Management requests.
- In order to streamline identification of newly hired faculty and other individuals who teach courses as part of the process for accreditation by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC)*, initiators of New Hire Requests are now required to enter credentials information if the “teaching UA course” question is answered “Y”.
