The following are important dates and deadlines within the next two weeks:

May 8, 2019 – Wednesday

• MSS Job Data Change – Discretionary Increases for FY19 Due to Workforce Systems (must have an effective start date of May 19, 2019 or earlier).  Note:  Discretionary pay increases may not be submitted with effective start dates of May 20, 2019 through June 30, 2019 due to the Annual Discretionary Increase Moratorium.

May 9, 2019 - Thursday

• MSS Job Data Change – Terminations/Retirements for 9/12 Pay Plan (Academic Term Effective Date 5/20/2019) Due to Workforce Systems

May 13, 2019 – Monday

• MSS AY20 (Academic) Employee Job Data Change Requests Available
• MSS FY20 Job Data Changes for 9/12 Pay Plan Enrollments Due to Workforce Systems (7/1/2019 Effective Date)
• MSS Job Data Change Requests for Provost Approved Performance Based Compensation (PABC’s) Due to the Provost’s Office

May 17, 2019 – Friday

• Deadline for approved reorganization/department title/account remapping changes to the Office of Budget and Planning
• MSS Exception Requests for Sabbaticals and Leave without Pay Due to Workforce Systems (Fiscal/Academic)

May 19, 2019 – Sunday

• AY19 – End Date
