Contract Generation for Fiscal Employees

The Notice of Appointment/Reappointment (NOA/NOR) templates are now available in UAccess for fiscal faculty, appointed personnel, and graduate assistants/associates. If you are a Manager Self Service (MSS) Contract College/Division Approver, you can begin generating NOAs and NORs for your respective units.

For assistance with the process of administering and managing MSS contracts, review the NOA/NOR Reference Guide for faculty and appointed personnel, and the Grad NOA Contract Generation Guide for graduate assistants/associates.

Please review the accuracy of your NOAs and NORs to ensure July 1, 2019, MSS changes are reflected. 

REMINDER: As a result of the implementation of the University Career Architecture Project, your in-scope colleagues will see a contract end date of January 26, 2020.
