HR Deadlines Before University Closure

To help Human Resources meet business needs as we approach University Closure, which begins Dec. 24, please note the following deadlines. 

 

  • MSS Exception Requests for Incumbent Reviews (administrators, University Staff and Classified Staff) must be approved by all necessary department and college/division stakeholders and elevated to the HR compensation team. 
    Deadline: Nov. 12, 5 p.m. MST

     

  • MSS Job Changes and PCN changes (administrators, University Staff and Classified Staff) must be approved by all necessary department and college/division stakeholders and elevated to the HR compensation team. 
    Deadline: Nov. 18, 5 p.m. MST

     

  • Talent System Requisitions (job postings) must be submitted for HR approval in Talent.
    Deadline: Dec. 6, 5 p.m.

     

  • Talent System University Staff offer letters must be submitted for HR approval in Talent.
    Deadline: Dec. 13, 5 p.m. MST

     

Submissions and approvals received after these deadlines may not be processed until the university reopens on Jan. 2, 2025, or later. If you have any questions, please contact your Human Resources Team.
