Career Conversations are structured discussions between staff and supervisors held yearly. These discussions support staff success and growth through reflection, problem-solving, and constructive feedback. Staff reflect on accomplishments, strengths, and goals, then review their plans in check-in meetings throughout the year.
Crucial Conversations Training
Turn disagreement into dialogue and create alignment. Crucial Conversation training teaches skills for creating alignment and agreement by fostering open dialogue around high-stakes, emotional, or risky topics – at all levels of an organization. Great for teams.
