As we are preparing for the end of the fiscal year, the Division of Human Resources wanted to remind you of a change in the Flexible Year (1-6) Program that might impact employees within your units.
After July 1, 2018, the Flexible Year (1-6) Program will no longer be available as a pay option.
The Flexible Year (Flex 1-6) Program will continue for one final year, though the program will not be offered for new enrollees. Employees currently enrolled in the program may continue participation through the end of Fiscal Year 2017-2018 (June 30, 2018) by re-enrolling one final time. MSS Job Data Changes are due to HR Workforce Systems by May 15, 2017.
The Fiscal Year-End (Rollover) Schedule, Appointed Personnel/Faculty Supplemental Compensation Schedule, Document Calendar, Calculation Survival Guide and 9 Pay 12 Calendar are your guides for planning and preparing for Fiscal Year 2017-18. The calendars and schedules are easily accessible on the Workforce Systems website.

The Moratorium on discretionary pay increases for FY16 is now in effect. Requests submitted after today will be effective July 1, 2016 or after.
