New Summer/Winter Additional Job Request

We are pleased to announce Summer/Winter Session Additional Job requests have been added to the suite of Manager Self Service (MSS) transactions.  The process is now open for all 2023 Summer Sessions.

This new transaction allows business representatives to initiate, approve, deny, and withdraw Summer or Winter Session Additional Job requests for faculty and graduate assistants.  It replaces the former FLPR process (Faculty List Payment Request).

One key feature of this new transaction is the ability to initiate and manage groups of Summer/Winter Additional Job requests for multiple employees and course sections at once.
