With a library of over 20,000 courses and new content added regularly, LinkedIn Learning allows you to personalize your professional development at your own pace and on your own schedule. LinkedIn Learning has something for everyone, whether you have a quick question, wish to gain new skills through a short course, or seek a more comprehensive learning path.

Activating Your LinkedIn Learning Account

If this is the first time you are using LinkedIn Learning, please follow the activation steps outlined to get started. Once you have activated your account, you can access LinkedIn Learning content in three different ways. When signing in, enter your university email address (in @arizona.edu format).

Tools to Explore in LinkedIn Learning

Skills Evaluations

LinkedIn Learning provides more than 40 skill evaluations – guided self-evaluations to gauge your confidence in various topics. The topics include hard and soft (or power) skills. After answering a few short questions, you will receive personalized course recommendations to assist with growth in the evaluated skill. 

My Career Journey

Explore the LinkedIn Learning feature My Career Journey, which allows you to set actionable career goals and receive a curated list of content to help you achieve those goals. LinkedIn will begin recommending videos and courses specifically catered toward your goals. Be it improving in your current job or charting a new career path.

AI-Powered Coaching

With AI-powered coaching, you can practice your human skills and strengthen your confidence to navigate difficult conversations or situations at work. Select which role play scenario to practice to interact using text or voice. After each session, you will receive actionable feedback  and LinkedIn Learning content recommendations to close any skill gaps identified during the role play.

Next Role Explorer

The Next Role Explorer feature enables employees to easily find potential next roles based on their current job title, career transition data from their current employer, and LinkedIn’s Economic Graph data.

Coding Practice

Code Challenges allow admins and learners to advance coding skills with on-platform, hands-on practice (powered by CoderPad) alongside LinkedIn Learning coursework and interactive coding exercises with real-time feedback.

Courses in Multiple Languages

LinkedIn Learning currently offers video & audio courses in 13 languages - Bahasa Indonesia, Brazilian Portuguese, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Polish, and Spanish. Important: Some courses and features are not available in all these languages.

Subtitles in 20+ Languages

LinkedIn Learning launched a subtitles feature supporting 20+ languages in the English library content. Machine-translated subtitles are enabled for over 9,000 learning courses. You can select the language for video subtitles when you turn on Closed Captioning.

Learning Accessible Content

LinkedIn Learning offers access to "Be My Eyes," a free app that connects you with volunteers who provide visual assistance through a live video call.

LinkedIn Learning encourages you to contact their Disability Access Desk if you have questions or experience barriers with a course.
